Terms and condition:

 

1. SAMPLES

Sample will be provided if required with charges 6-10 usd/pc. Shipping costs will be for receiver or you can give us your express courier account like Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT... All samples are selected from the latest crop and refered to commodities would be shipped.

 

2. PRICE OFFER

Our regularly used terms are FOB from HO CHI MINH PORT.

In case, you need CnF price, Please provide us your nearest air or sea port so that we can quote you for our competitive price with transportation cost.

 

3. PAYMENT

Currency: US Dollars

Method of payment to be arranged by mutual agreement from the following options:

 

+ T/T 100% in advance once you confirm order with amount under 1,000 usd.

+ T/T 30% deposit before production and balance 70% before shipping. This term is applied to orders with amount under 10,000 usd.

+ TT 50% in advance, and L/C at sight 50% applied to orders with amount 50,000 usd.

+ By Paypal, Money Gram, Western Union also acceptable for small amount.

5. DELIVERY TIME

- Within 20-60 days after receiving your deposit depending on your order quantity.

 

6. DOCUMENTS

- Commercial Invoice

- Detailed Packing list

- Original Bill of Lading or surrender B/L.

- Certificate of Origin is issued by The Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry if required

- Certificate of Quality is issued by producer as per requested.

- Certificate of Fumigation is issued by Viet Nam Fumigation Company as per requested.

 

7. QUANTITY ORDER

- Samples with 1-50 pcs

- Mass production with MOQ 100 pcs per model.

 

8. INSPECTION AGENCIES

- Vina Control, IIC Control are inspected by Vietnam. ( Will negotiate the paid expenses later ).

- SGS, Bureau Vertitas are inspected by oversea services in Vietnam ( Will negotiate the paid expenses later ).

 

9. PROBLEM:

- If any problem like damage, shortage or bad quality happen, please notify us via fax or email immediately within 7 days of shipment arrival, and give us your photo of the damage.
